Chris Osborne

Chris Osborne

BSc MBACP

Chris is a co-founder of Leeds Anxiety Clinic and an anxiety and OCD specialist. He is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds a counselling degree from Leeds Beckett University. Chris’s 18 years counselling experience includes 10 years as a Therapist/Clinical Supervisor with Cruse Bereavement Care, 3 years as Therapist/Clinical Supervisor at West Leeds Counselling, 7 years as Service Delivery Manager at Anxiety Leeds and 7 years as a Director at Leeds Anxiety Clinic.

Chris uses an integration of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Relational Psychotherapy to support clients to figure out what they'd like to change and the steps needed to get there. With recognisable barriers such as anxiety, OCD, panic and other common disorders we refer back to the clinical research and literature to show what's been proven to work for other people and start from there.
